This allows you to manually lock the hubs.
These are well known to be the best quality and strongest manual hubs available.
They include the hub, the hub gear, the egg ring, the step ring and the bolts so are a complete kit.
You can convert your auto hubs to manual with this kit. Left and right are the same kit.
